I was an Assistant Editor on season 5 of MAGNUM P.I.
In addition to the usual AE responsibilities of sound and music editing, my ability to quickly
address director & producer picture notes was welcome help on a fast-paced network TV schedule.
I also cut some scenes from scratch, and here's a nice one from episode 509 featuring Michael Rady.
Near the end of the run, I was also asked to create a gag reel,
which I've been known to do from time to time. 😜
