I was an assistant editor for the entire making of BRIDESMAIDS in 2010-11.
Once picture locked and the editors were still busy with post-production,
I was entrusted to edit several original pieces.

I cut a few alternates for the "Megan & Air Marshal Jon Sex Tape" scene.
This one literally made the cut.
“The Longest Argument Ever” is a 10-minute, fully improvised insult-barrage starring Kristen Wiig and Mia Rose Frampton.
All of the scene's unused footage was edited together in order to decide the best parts to use for a featurette.
But in the first screening, director Paul Feig howled through it all, titled it on the spot and said, "keep everything!"
Millions of views later, it's widely lauded as one of the greatest deleted scenes in comedy history.
